1. General
These Terms govern all sales of spare parts for special and heavy‑duty trucks. We supply original components from long‑term storage warehouses and newly manufactured analogues. Shipments are arranged via third‑party transport companies using road, rail, or air freight, fully documented for delivery across Europe and worldwide.
2. Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are in EUR (or local currency) exclusive of VAT, customs duties, and shipping fees. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes or currency fluctuations.
3. Payment
Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit card, or business invoice (for approved accounts). Payment must clear before dispatch.
4. Shipping & Documentation
We contract with reputable carriers (air, rail, road). Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for carrier delays. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handover to the carrier. We provide all export/import documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin) to facilitate customs clearance. You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and compliance with your local regulations.
5. Warranty
Newly manufactured analogues carry a 12‑month warranty against defects. Long‑term storage parts are sold “as is” unless stated otherwise. Warranty excludes wear items, improper installation, or misuse. Defective parts will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
6. Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days for unused, resalable items. Custom‑ordered or clearance parts are non‑returnable. Buyer pays return shipping unless our error. Contact us for RMA number before returning.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses (downtime, lost profits) exceeding the order value. Force majeure suspends obligations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania [EU]. Disputes resolved in its courts.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the version on our website applies.
